Experience Change with Hope Biblical Counselling
Psalm 42
“Why are you downcast, O my soul and why are you in turmoil within me?” the psalmist asks. Quickly the answer is given, “Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.”
About
At HOPE Biblical Counselling we value the Bible and what it has to say about relationships - relationships with others and a relationship with God. Our approach is built on the philosophy of the Bible and how it points to a person - Jesus Christ. We believe that He is the One who is able to make all things new, and that real and lasting change can occur when people know themselves and their problems within a living and vital relationship with Jesus.

What to expect at your first in-office appointment
Reaching out for help can be a difficult thing to do for various reasons. Taking that first step requires courage and I want to do all I can to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you as you share your story. Here’s what you can expect:
There is free parking in a lot right beside the church off St. George Street.
You will need to ring the doorbell at the first door you come to from the parking lot
The bell will be answered by someone in the office over the intercom
I will do my best to meet you just inside the door, but if not, you can find my office down the stairs, the first door on the right, room # 111
The first appointment consists mostly of doing an intake interview. I will ask lots of questions to try to get to know you and your story and you are free to answer as little or as much as you are comfortable with. This appointment will help us both to know if Hope Biblical Counselling is a good fit for you.
Appointments are 50-60 minutes in length
